[horde] 5.2 upgrade : fatal error while editing prefs for imp

It is documented in other files, but granted, not in  
imp/config/prefs.php. An example of how local modifications should be  
made is in imp/config/backends.php for instance. You only override the  
values that need changing from the defaults provided in  
imp/config/prefs.php. Typically, this will be only a handful of  
parameters.

If you just copy prefs.php to prefs.local.php, this will mean that any  
future additions to the array()'s will be overridden by you local  
copy, which probably will break Horde if that ever happens.
