[horde] Horde Groupware update 5.2.2 issue

sys_temp_dir     ""     PHP_INI_SYSTEM     Available since PHP 5.5.0

Unfortunately running Debian on which in 'stable release' only 5.4 version
available.
I tried to setup/modify Apache TMP environment variable, but it wasn't
working.
