[horde] Ingo hooks - replace DEFAULT?

So my system is quite customized, to say the least, and procmail is the
filtering system in use called from .qmail-default.

My delivery system process is quite complex, and I'd prefer procmail did
not do finaly delivery.  I'd rather include another procmail system
designed to handle my complex delivery process.

Is that possible without modifing Ingo?  The Recipie always seems to put
'$DEFAULT' at the end.  The only thing I can modify is what the string
$DEFAULT represents when it's a variable within procmail - but that can't
be an 'INCLUDE' statement (at least I can't make that work). 
Although maybe I could just pipe it back to a new procmail instance... :/

Alternatively, can I modify Ingo preferences at login or module load?
