Thanks Michael, I'll look around the Debian packages then.

Anyway, the Horde_Editor package also doesn't contain the missing
js/ckeditor/plugins/pasteattachment/plugin.js file. I can see the
ckeditor 3.6.6 in the Horde_Editor package, but it doesn't have the
pasteattachment plugin. How does it get in its place?

And, I also try to figure out why does the message composing window want
to download that missing plugin file above. The ckeditor package in
Horde doesn't have it, then, referring to it can be broken somehow here.
Still no clue how.
