Enable the IMAP log in backends.local.php.

I'm facing the same issue, the whole horde framework is very slow and drops
connections. Login in to the imp application is impossible. On the desktop
computer, using the web interface via iPhone works at least for logging in,
but it is not possible to display messages.

 I also updated LZ4 last days..
