[horde] Horde suddenly started half-working

Histories maintains, well, history. It logs things like when a new  
item (event, contact etc...) is created, deleted, edited. It's mostly  
used for synchronization, but it also has uses with logging mail  
actions (when an item was forwarded, for example).
