[horde] mass create ingo-filter

hi,

is there the possibility to mass create ingo-filters?
we would like to add filters into the ingo-database and afterwards
create the needed procmail-rules (as we use procmail for filtering).
there already could be user-created rules in the database. 

is this possible?
