[horde] static files: umask ignored

Dear List,

 

suddenly my static files (horde/static) are created with the wrong
permission (-rw-------). I upgraded horde to the newest releases today.

 

My Debian default umask is 022 and my configured horde umask is 033.

 

What might have caused the sudden change of behavior in horde?
