Yes, you are right, BUT, this is a VPS, but it's a business grade system!
I have no kernel wait states for writing or reading data from the storage.

It's a real dedicated vCPU. No limit, reserved just for us.

Yes, just apache.. (my next message will give you some simple dstat outputs,
so maybe you can confirm what I am measuring..

Yes, I know.. just search the Horde-BUG-List and you'll find my name
numerous times speaking about OL2013.
