I have configured LDAP (personal ldap) address book called my address
book.  Web client under address book,  the LDAP address book is under other
address books.  Thanks main address book reads address book of.

Is there a way to make LDAP address book main?

I have noticed that email attribute is used to identify if a contact has
email address.  Where is that defined?
