[horde] Unable to attach files in Whups

Hi all!

This is my first message in the list. Several months ago I decided to
use Horde with Whups for my own entrepreneurship.

Yesterday I opened a new ticket where some of the updates had
attachments (26 in total, some files of several megabytes).

Since that moment, new updates including attachments were published with
text but not the files. The same happened if I update the ticket with an
attachment but no text.

What could be causing this behavior? Does Whups handle some kind of
quota for files of each ticket?
