Oh, I get the same JavaScript error in Firefox v31.3.0, but not in 
SeaMonkey v2.31. The behaviour is the same in both, though:

I change the permissions in either Firefox or SeaMonkey, click on "Save", 
the notification "calendar has been saved" pops up, but the dialogue box 
stays open. I must "Cancel" the box. The permissions _are_ saved, the 
calender gets the two-person icon next to the name, but you need to 
refresh Kronolith (go to another Horde app), in order to see the changes 
in the share permission tab of the dialogue box.

The basic view of Kronolith does work, so does Mnemo etc.
