[horde] Error with data_dir

Hi,

since the last upgrade entering the configuration screen as an
administrator horde throws the following error:

"Database migration files not found. Please check PEAR's data_dir
configuration setting."

It isn't much of a problem, running horde-db-migrate does the job. But
I'd like to get rid of the basic problem.

>From another problem (long time ago with an other horde-installation) I
remember Jan's advice to check the data-dir-settings. pear-config shows
"/usr/share/php5/PEAR/date" for the Apache-user, root and the
per-channel-configuration.

Any advice what I should check?

OS is Opensuse 13.2, PHP 5.6.1, horde is up to date.
