[horde] An error occured by the horde groupware installation (PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size)

Greeting,
I have a completely new vServer with Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS and I want to
install horde groupware.
I have read the installation manual and I starting the installation up to
the point where an error occurred:

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to
allocate 72 bytes) in /usr/share/php/PEAR/PackageFile/v2.php on line 1331
I need to change a parameter in php.ini?
