[horde] Microsoft Outlook via ActiveSync

Hello

In some forums I read that it is possible to sync Microsoft Outlook to
horde via ActiveSync, but I didn't find a howto.
In another forum I read that it is only possible with MS Outlook 2013
not with 2010.
Does anyone know how to sync MS Outlook 2010 with horde?
