[horde] Some attachments (images) never load over ActiveSync

Hi,

from time to time I receive emails with attached images, some of them  
never load on
my smartphone over ActiveSync.

Try this with Android 4.4.4 and 5.0.2.
Interesting is, if I enable ActiveSync debug logging and try reload  
the attachment
on the smartphone nothing happens.

Any ideas?
