[horde] Activesync calendar syncs only one way

And after that, the sync does not start again?
By "clearing" you mean you remove the account and re-create it?

Maybe, it's not the sync or the version, but a specific event that blocks 
synchronisation. Try to create a new user in Horde and only one event 
without fancy stuff like reccurence or non-ASCII characters.
