[horde] ActiveSync Address Book is not syncing

The activesync works for everything except for address book in both
directions.

I use ldap for address book.  I enable share for the address book and
confirm it is the default.

It appears activesync is not attempting to sync address book.

I had it working before but most of configuration got overlayed when I
recently upgraded.

Any idea where to troubleshoot?
