[horde] javascript not loading in 3 pages

Hello, 

I want to replace roundcube with horde on my server. However, I seem to
be running into some problems. 

Which next steps can I take to troubleshoot this issue? Has anybody had
this before? Any idea how to fix? 

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 

The login screen does not request which mode I want to use. After loging
in, I get the following notification: "JavaScript is either disabled or
not available on your browser. You are restricted to the minimal view."
Other then that, the first landing page looks normal, has colors, a
lay-out, but no javascript (I think). The following pages load without
CSS (and thus without JS I am guessing): 

 	* Mail
 	* Mail => New Message
 	* Calendar

These pages have a white background, black text and basic HTML
formatting. 

Notice that other pages run without problem (mail search, mail filter,
calendar new event, calendar day, calendar workweek) 

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:
