[horde] Kronolith (and turba) contacts & events colors for categories

As I said, it was removed because tags replaced categories. Tags are  
much more useful than a single category. Since multiple tags can be  
assigned to a single event and/or calendar it makes coloring the event  
based on a single tag impossible - hence the request for colored dots  
on the event bubbles.

There was MUCH discussion about this on the various mailing lists and  
bug tracker if you want more information.
