[horde] ansel: strange logentries

None of the active developers run nginx or test with it as far as I  
know, if that answers your question.

This all works for me locally, though as I said not on nginx. I test  
against lighttpd. Anyway, my guess is that it's a configuration issue  
related to the rewrite rules needed to support the pretty urls. The  
lightbox renderer should not be called at all when loading the gallery  
property page.
