[horde] set bind address for outbound smtp connections

Hello,

a little bit esoteric setup...
Horde is installed on a host with multiple ipv6 addresses. In contrast to ipv4
any application that does not specify a bind address the sources  
address for outbound connections is
selected randomly by the ipv6 stack.

PHP has the ability to specify a bind address  
(http://php.net/manual/de/context.socket.php)
but I found no way to setup horde to do so. Is it possible or would  
that require an enhancement?
