Hello, List.
We are using Whups 3.0.2 with Horde 5.2.4 and dependences.
Our Whups has one queue for "input" tickets from users. All users have
privileges on "input" queue and create their tickets there.
After that, the helpdesk (with privileges on all the queues) moves the
tickets from "input" queue to others (support, customers, etc). Finnaly,
each division attends his queue and closes the tickets.
Owners receive an email when their tickets change of state.
That's ok, but we would want that each user can see and track all the time
*his* tickets, independently the queue where his tickets are.
If we give read privileges to all users for all queues, all users will be
able to watch all the tickets of all the queues and all the users, not only
the tickets they own.
If we give to users only privileges on "input" queue, they won't be able to
watch their own tickets when they move to other queue.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you in advance
Carlos
