[horde] Themes issues?

Hi all!

I'm using the latest "Horde-Git-Master" version.

I'm missing the button "add new address book" in the address book app 
(see attachment). I already cleared all cached files. But that doesn't 
solved the issue. Does someone know something about the button?

Further the listed calenders in the calenders app looks very "big" in 
comparison to my latest Horde-PEAR-installation (see attachment). Is 
that correct?
