[horde] Imaproxy local or inside IMAP server and IMP cache

Hello,

I'm using imapproxyd for performance improvement of my IMAP connection.
The horde webmail service and the IMAP service are on separated servers. On
which server is recommended to implement the imapproxyd service?
Also, is its possible to enable imp cache together with imapproxy? I mean,
it is possible without issues?
