It's currently planned for Gollum 4.0 (Horde 6) though I don't think  
it's being worked on yet. See  
http://www.horde.org/apps/gollem/roadmap. No specific RFC just for  
Gollum, just the canonical WebDav RFCs. For any other specifics, see  
the actual code.
