[horde] long subject in ActiveSync notes fails

The message, that fails silently to sync to Horde, comes from Task&Notes 
of an Android device. The subject of the note is pretty long, far longer 
than the 64 chars.

Should Task & Notes limit the subject to 64 characters or should

memo_desc    | character varying(64)

be increased?
