[horde] Can not create additional address books

I'm starting to be confused... I've installed the 5.2.2 and 5.2.6 (the 
same as demo webpage), and same behaviour... Is strange because i was 
able to create 4 address books before.

For now we can use the link to that function:
turba/addressbooks/create.php
