I've spent a good bit of time reviewing the new technical  
documentation and coming up with a more detailed plan of the changes  
needed. My initial estimate still seems close - at 32 hours.

Seeing how this is something that really does need to be done, we  
should do what we did with the last crowd tilt campaign we did for  
ActiveSync. That is, set up crowd funding and supplement that with  
funds from Horde LLC.
