[horde] Problems with Active Sync and Outlook 2013/2016

A wiretrace is not so easy, because of the usage of HTTPS, but I'll try my best, if you need one.

Does the debug log show something irregular?

Debug log *might* show something. If you can get a wiretrace, though, that would be even better.
