Feel free to come up with a solution and provide a patch that works,  
doesn't strip actual content or other formatting, and doesn't pose a  
security risk. Bottom line, Word generates completely broken HTML that  
is only designed to work in Microsoft products, when the Word specific  
CSS is included.
