[horde] Kronolith invite mail twice

When operating over dav, it is the server's responsibility to send the  
iTip message. Thunderbird should not be sending them. No idea why one  
calendar is doing it and another is not though. There is no  
configuration on Horde's side to enable/disable sending them.
