[horde] SQUAT errors on AS only

Not really a Horde/IMP issue, but rather a SQUAT issue. If you want to  
use the SQUAT indexes you need to run the squatter command to create  
the index files. Otherwise, ignore the message and/or reduce the cyrus  
loglevel (I believe these are DEBUG messages).
