There must be at least two cached js files. These error should come  
from the 2nd file, the 1st actually contains Element.addMethods and  
HordeLogin from prototype.js and horde.js. If the 2nd file cannot find  
these, then either the 1st file is missing, empty, or doesn't parse.  
The latter should get you an earlier error message in the logs.
