[horde] More errors with PHP 7

Uninstalling Services_Weather turned the error off and the horde  
configuration was shown. Are there any other known pear packages  
interfering with horde and php7 (maybe something imap related which  
would explain my problem with Imp, Dovecot and the missing folders)?
