[horde] Suggestions required on Password management.

Hi,

I have a installed and working HGWE 5.2.14 with Password module  
working.  My password module is linked with LDAP for password changing  
and everything is working fine.

There are some user accounts in LDAP, who are not authorised to use  
Mail application.  But, I need to provide them a tool to change the  
password alone.

Now, that I have HGWE 5.2.14 completely setup along with Passwd, what  
is the best way to provide such users Password application alone on  
the same server?  That is, as soon as they login, they should be  
directly redirected to password application only.  Is it possible to  
achieve on the same physical server? Or I need to setup another  
server, Install Horde and Passwd application only (without HGWE).

Please suggest.
