[horde] Administrivia (Re: horde Digest, Vol 2623, Issue 1)

Sorry for the noise, but this keeps happening and I don't understand why.

I am on the Digest and today I've gotten 2 Digest e-mails with exactly
the same Subject:/Title - "horde Digest, Vol 2623, Issue 1".  I thought
the idea was that further Digests issued on the same day would be titled
"Issue 2", "Issue 3" etc.

In fact, 2 weeks ago I got 4 "horde Digest, Vol 4615, Issue 1" digests
in one day - followed by 2 "Vol 4615, Issue 2" digests!  It almost
seems random ...
