Thanks. I am aware of that feature.  But, our systems are not  
completely connected to Internet, so this option will work within  
Intranet, but not when accessing from Internet.  The only access to  
Mail on Internet is through mailboxes.  It may be confusing to you as  
our setup is slightly unique.

But, still, I will have a relook on this option.
