[horde] solution in Horde 5 ICMP for "Ask for confirmation before doing maintenance operations?"

Can anyone help me how to do this? I suppose I must put some lines in prefs.php file?!

I'm sorry, but I'm not a programmer and I do not want to mess something in the preferences file.
