..and those permissions are? This is almost certainly a permissions
issue. Check that phpinfo() from *within* horde has the session path
you expect, and that the web server user has read and write
permissions. On my system I had to explicitly add the www-data group
permission, in addition to adding the write permission for the group
to /var/lib/php/sessions.
