We're having an issue with some new iPads not being able to connect to
Horde ActiveSync, while other iPads already in use are having no
trouble. Connection profiles are identical (issued through MDM). The
new devices/users are not producing login attempts in the logs, but I'm
not sure whether ActiveSync needs to be established prior to login or
not, so that could be due to the protocol?

The new iPads are on iOS 10.2.0, the older ones on 10.1.1; not sure if
that's relevant.

I also have a syslog error like:

Jan 24 15:23:53 mail HORDE: SQL QUERY FAILED: SQLSTATE[23505]: Unique
violation: 7 ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint
"horde_activesync_state_pkey"#012DETAIL: Key

and I wasn't sure whether that could also be related.

Installation is on CentOS 6 using pear. Updates are available,
including for the Horde_ActiveSync module (currently at 2.36.0) but I
wasn't sure whether there could be database issues which might be
exacerbated by upgrading.

Any guidance would be helpful, thanks!
