[horde] Migrating horde 5.0.3 to a CentOS server

Just install everything according to 
https://www.horde.org/apps/horde/docs/INSTALL and then copy database and 
config files to the new server. 

After that run the upgrade procedures according to upgrade documentation 
if versions do not match.
