[horde] Reverting PEAR packages to a version from earlier date

Since upgrading to the latest Horde packages from pear.horde.org on  
March 2nd, ActiveSync is now completely broken. In order to restore  
functionality, I would like to revert all changes made in this update.  
Is there a way to do this with pear? Other than to manually sift  
through all packages and revert them to a version of February 28th or  
earlier?
