[horde] error when trying to log in

Hi!

after succesful solution of ini issue now I get such error when trying  
to login:

imap server also throws error:

apache 2.4.25/php 5.6.30/mariadb 10.0.29/Horde 5.1.6. On the old  
server such combination worked well. Some Horde module is lacking?
