Hi,

I can no longer upgrade the horde packages since I recently upgraded to PHP 7:

horde/horde requires PHP (version >= 5.3.0, version <= 6.0.0alpha1,  
excluded versions: 6.0.0alpha1), installed version is 7.0.16-3

Is there any way to skip the PHP version dependencies with pear?
