[horde] [kronolith] Unable to locate the tz database.

Hi all, 

I found the following error in the log: 

2017-04-10T07:44:53+02:00 WARN: HORDE [kronolith] Unable to locate the tz database. [pid 13404 on line 729 of "/var/www/horde/kronolith/lib/Event.php“]

I checked the database and did not find anything. The configuration does not report any errors and after updating I ran „horde-db-migrate“

Any ideas what I am missing?
