You may want to add

$prefGroups['logintasks']['suppress'] = true;

to your prefs.local.php file, so the menu item is not shown at all,  
rather than just locking it to inactive. May save you some support  
calls from people wondering why whatever they enter in the remaining  
items is ignored.
