[horde] FATAL ERROR: Missing required connection parameter(s).

Hello,

This is a brand new installation of Horde on Debian 8.
When I try to login to Horde, I get:
   A fatal error has occurred
   Missing required connection parameter(s).
   Details have been logged for the administrator.


In syslog, I see:

I wasn't able to find any solution for this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
