[horde] Cannot start horde after upgrade to php7

Thank you for this hint.

I added the path of the existing pear to the include_path definition in 
the new php.ini:

     include_path = 
".:/usr/share/php7:/usr/share/php7/PEAR:/usr/share/php5/PEAR"

Now horde works again.on my server.
