[horde] Any suggestion to do install using PEAR on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS?

How can I Install Horde on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS?

I've tried this way:

pear upgrade PEAR
pear channel-discover pear.horde.org
pear install horde/horde_role
pear run-scripts horde/horde_role
pear install -a -B horde/webmail

But the script:
webmail-install
do not exist, so I cannot install

I've tried also apt-get install php-horde-webmail but it will not bring 
me to the latest version and it is not full functional

Any suggestion to do install using PEAR on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS?
